Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, right near the Roman Theatre, the service left much to be desired. The room was small and not what I expected, but I appreciated the efforts of the staff to resolve the issues, despite them being overwhelmed. Overall, it's a decent place for one night if you're just passing through, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.
My stay at this hotel left a lot to be desired. While the view of the city center is lovely and the lobby looks nice, the experience fell flat in many areas. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, making it frustrating to stay connected. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the breakfast portions were too small. The staff seemed helpful at first but gave misleading information regarding taxi services and charges, which was quite disappointing.
My stay at Zaman Ya Zaman Boutique Hotel had its ups and downs. While the hotel had an interesting ambiance and an excellent location right across from the Roman Amphitheatre, I faced some serious issues during my visit. The rude service I encountered and the poor facilities really took away from the experience. Despite the charming atmosphere, the lack of basic amenities and issues with the staff's behavior were quite disappointing.
The hotel has a lovely view of the city center and is conveniently located near major attractions, which were highlights of my stay. However, the Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent, and the beds were very uncomfortable. While breakfast was filling, the portions could have been larger. Overall, it felt like the positives couldn't quite outweigh the negatives.
My stay at the hotel was quite frustrating, primarily due to the lack of communication and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While the location is fantastic right across from the Roman Amphitheatre, the experience was marred by issues during check-in and poor Wi-Fi. On the flip side, the quirky atmosphere and breakfast options were enjoyable, but I wouldn't say it felt like a good value given the overall service.
